Zerv is adding a talented Product Manager to join our Product and Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building the nextgen features that would fuel key growth initiatives, identify new innovation areas and also enhance existing workflows and apply creative and visual design elements to amplify the user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helping prioritize the backlog, working closely with customers, strategy and research teams to synthesize key requirements into a cohesive design
- Drive process from requirements to release, simplifying complex business problems and user pain points
- Craft storyboards for key personas, and write product specifications and user stories; work with Engineering, Program Managers, business leads and users throughout the planning to release lifecycle
- Provide functional specifications and work closely with engineering teams to successfully deliver the feature/module
- Collaborate with Marketing for GTM launch
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support groups to make a seamless adoption and use of delivered functionality
- Bring a customer-first attitude and approach to problem-solving and stakeholder relationship building
