What is Zerv?
Zerv is a mobile access solution that enables support for digital credentials while integrating to your current access control system.
What is the Zerv Management Portal?
- The Zerv Admin Portal is the gateway to creating and maintaining user access. You must be an administrator to have full access to the portal.
- There are four levels of access that live within the portal:
- Super Admin
- Client Admin
- General User
- Visitor Management*
*Visitor Management is only available for LoRA enabled devices.
What readers/access control systems is Zerv compatible with?

It is recommended users have devices that are Apple iOS 13 or later and Android 10 and up. This will provide the best user experience.
